Vortex Arcade closed on Sunday 30th March 2025 to make space for something brand new!

It’s been a blast, and we want to say a huge thank you to all of our customers and our brilliant crew for more than 7 years of gaming and good times! But don’t worry, this isn’t game over, all the arcade fun and more is available at Hollywood Bowl on our ground floor opposite Genting Hotel.

Will there still be arcade games at Resorts World Birmingham?

Yes!! You can find all the classic arcade games and more at Hollywood Bowl, on the Ground Floor of Resorts World, opposite the Genting Hotel.

Vortex Gaming Cards

Vortex Gaming card tokens were valid for 12 months from date of issue. If you have a Vortex Gaming Card it is no longer valid as all cards have expired.
