Here at Sky Bar & Restaurant's ‘Cocktail Kitchen’ we are dedicated to the art of great cocktails, and our new cocktail menu is no exception!

From a unique mix of ingredients to star-quality looks, our fabulous team has worked tirelessly in our ‘Cocktail Kitchen’ preparing the ingredients before service to make them seem effortless when they're created. Whether it’s shaping lollipops, building fruit skewers or infusing spirits, they have the prep down to a fine art so that they can deliver your cocktail in no time.

Our expert bartenders have taken some of your favourite tipples and given them a bold new twist. The result? A NEW menu that perfectly balances incredible visuals with unforgettable flavour. Sip on standouts like the Honeysuckle Daiquiri, The Italian Spritz, or Tiki Colada, or explore our Sky Bar classics like our Butterfly Pea Moji-tea and Tropical Pick Me Up.

We also have our wine flights for you to enjoy. Take a journey through our exciting range of Tempus two wines and find your new favourite. Simply choose any 3 different samples from the Tempus Two range. Served on our very own wine flight boards these are all the fun with no commitment to a full glass or bottle.

Walk-ins are always welcome and our comfortable booths are available for walk-ins to enjoy a drink in our bar area.
