From time to time, we may require menu pre-orders to ensure that we offer the best service. Pre-orders must be completed on our booking system and a notification will be sent to you should this be required. Pre-orders are required 48 hours before the booking.

On the day of your booking at Sky Bar and Restaurant we ask that you arrive on time as we are only able to hold tables for 15 minutes. Please note that we reserve the right to release your booking if you do not arrive within 15 minutes from the booking time.

If your booking is for 9.30pm then please arrive promptly to ensure there is adequate time for your sitting.

Table reservations are booked for 2 hours from the booking arrival time. The two hours reservation time will not be extended if you are late to your reservation.

Table reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of £10 per person. Cancellations can be made by following the link on your booking reservation.

To make a booking at Sky Bar and Restaurant you may be required to add your card details to guarantee the booking. Please note that a £10 charge per person will be applied and deducted from the card provided if your booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival or if you do not arrive on time for the booking.

From time to time a deposit may be required to confirm your booking and will be deducted from the final bill. Please note that this deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferrable for bookings that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to arrival or if you do not arrive for the booking. If a member of the party does not show up, the deposit for that person will be kept in full and not deducted from the final bill.

At busy times certain reservations may have a minimum spend as indicated when selecting that option during the booking journey.

When booking for an event at Sky Bar and Restaurant, different booking policies may apply, and full details will be provided within the terms and conditions for the event.

We may need to limit the number of guests that we can serve to ensure that we serve our great food and drinks with the best service, and we reserve the right to do so.

On bp pulse LIVE event nights we will be offering our events menu.

Afternoon Tea must be booked over 24 hours in advance. We can cater for Gluten Free or Vegan dietary requirements for Afternoon Tea but our menus can't cater for Vegan and Gluten Free combined due to the ingredients involved. See our menus for more information.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% for diners will be added to your bill and all tips are shared between our team.

Children are very welcome here at Sky Bar and Restaurant, however, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Children are welcome in our bar area until 9pm, and our restaurant area until 11.30pm. Please include all children and babies when making a booking and inform us of any particular requirements (such as the need for a highchair) when the booking is made.

As far as permitted by law, our total liability to you for any breach of these terms is limited to the total value of your booking.

Please notify us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking to ensure we can adequately cater for such requirements.

Requests: Tables with a view are extremely popular; therefore, to avoid disappointment, please note we cannot guarantee this request.

Bottomless Brunch Booking Terms:

Bottomless brunch is time-limited to 90 minutes, this commences from the time of arrival at your pod/table. Please arrive promptly and note the table duration, we reserve the right to offer your table to other guests if the entire party is not on time for their booking. All bookings are at the duty managers discretion.

Available to book in the Secret Garden.

You may order one dish from the bottomless menu and choose from: 125ml Prosecco, Bloody Mary cocktail, Hugo Spritz cocktail, Aperol Spritz cocktail, Peach Bellini cocktail, Floss Bellini cocktail, Camden 330ml can range, 125ml Tempus Two Silver Wine and non-alcoholic mocktail options: Sneaky Tiki, Citrus Rush, Mango Mule, Tropical Pick Me Up, Berry Fruit Moji-No, Corona Cero.

Upgrades on bottomless drinks include: any cocktail from our cocktail magazine or 125ml Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee Champagne.

Bottomless package is subject to availability and for 18+ diners only.

Extras and add-ons are an additional charge.

The entire group must be taking part in the offer and any upgrades. Price is per person and drinks cannot be shared.

Only one drink at a time and your drink will be replaced once it has been finished.

Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times.

Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.

Alcohol served to over 18s only. Proof of ID may be required.

It is advised to book Bottomless brunch in advance. Walk-ins are permitted subject to availability and duty managers discretion.

For groups larger than 8, you may be split into multiple pods.
