Resorts World Birmingham Children’s Loyalty Scheme

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Effective from 7th April 2026

Summary

The Resorts World Birmingham Children’s Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”) allows participating children to collect stamps at eligible free family events and redeem rewards once stamp milestones are reached. Full Terms and Conditions apply below.

Promoter

The Promoter is Genting Solihull Limited (t/a “Resorts World Birmingham”), a company registered in England (Company Number 06601106) whose registered office is located at Genting Club Star City, Watson Road, Birmingham, B7 5SA.

Terms and Conditions of the Scheme

Eligibility

• The Scheme is open to children attending a family event, aged 3–12 years, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. The rewards will be available to those who are 12 or under as of 31st December 2026

• Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.

• The Scheme is free to join and no purchase is necessary.

Participation

• Each child will receive one physical Adventure Passport (“Loyalty Booklet”) from an authorised Resorts World Birmingham Event Staff member.

• The Loyalty Booklet must include the child’s first name written clearly in the space provided.

• Only original physical booklets will be accepted. Photocopies, scans or digital versions will not be valid.

• Lost or damaged booklets will not be replaced, and previously collected stamps cannot be transferred to a new booklet.

Stamp Collection Rules

• Stamps can be collected at designated free family events at Resorts World Birmingham only.

• Each eligible event will have one stamp with a unique ink colour.

• A maximum of one stamp per child per event day may be collected.

• Stamps cannot be backdated, transferred, exchanged or awarded retrospectively.

• Events with multiple themed days within the same Half Term count as separate stamp opportunities.

• Each day of workshops only of the Art Among Us Gallery initiative will have a unique stamp colour.

• Stamps have no monetary value.

• One Loyalty Booklet per child. Loyalty Booklets/stamps cannot be shared.

Rewards

• Rewards are issued when the child reaches the following milestones:

• 3 stamps → Free parking on the child’s 3rd event visit + one children’s book

• 6 stamps → Free parking on the child’s 6th event visit + one £5 Resorts World Gift Card

• Rewards must be collected from Guest Services during Guest Services opening hours.

• Rewards must be collected on the same day as the qualifying stamp.

• To redeem a reward, the child (with their parent/guardian) must present:

• The completed Loyalty Booklet

• Proof of the child’s name if requested (this information will not be recorded or processed. This is to ensure the rewards are issued correctly).

• The child does not have to be present when collecting the rewards.

• Free parking is valid for one vehicle only and must be redeemed on the same day as the qualifying visit.

• Parking tickets must be validated at Guest Services in order to redeem the free parking.

• Rewards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value without notice.

• Rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Duration and Changes to the Scheme

• The Scheme is ongoing but may be amended, suspended or terminated at any time at the Promoter’s discretion.

• The Promoter reserves the right to void any Loyalty Booklets or stamp entries in the event of misconduct, fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on the Resorts World Birmingham website.

Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen Loyalty Booklets or for any costs associated with participation in the Scheme (including travel or parking costs).

• As far as permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers and employees exclude all liability for any loss, claims, damages, costs, expenses or other liabilities of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with participation in the Scheme or redemption of rewards.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or matters arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
