Parking is available at the Resorts World multi-storey car park. If our multi-storey is full Guests are directed to South 2 Car Park, South 6 Car Park, and East 5 Car Park. For large-scale events at the NEC, our overflow car parks are often used exclusively to accommodate them. On arrival at the NEC, please follow the electronic directional signage to 'Arena Parking', which will lead you to the nearest available car park for your event. You can find all parking information <a href="https://www.bppulselive.co.uk/visit/parking">here</a>.
Please be aware that Arena parking and Resorts World Car Parks are not linked, and you must pay for your parking with the venue you have parked with or risk being charged twice to exit.

Resorts World parking fees are charged on a time-sensitive basis with the option to validate for a discounted charge of £3.50 for a duration of up to 12 hours when you spend £20+ in Resorts World; Arena/NEC parking is based on a flat rate which remains the same no matter how long you are parked for the event.
If you have parked at Resorts World you’ll take a Resorts World branded ticket on arrival, and you will need that ticket to pay on exit. Arena/NEC parking can be pre-booked or paid for at any time in the Arena using their payment machines.
Resorts World Car Park guests must pay on exit (we do not offer a pre-payment option) using the payment machines in Resorts World, the Multi-Storey Car Park or S2 Car Park.

Yes, if you validate your ticket at the Cinema your parking will be just £2. The team at Cineworld will be able to show you where and how to do this.

Yes. Similarly to our Cinema guests, if you validate your ticket at Hollywood Bowl, your parking will be just £2. Just speak to a member of the team and they'll be happy to assist you with this.

Validation is the process of amending the price of your parking ticket to £3.50 when you have spent a total of £20 or more at Resorts World. This is done by inserting the ticket into a small machine and takes seconds. You can visit our Guest Services Team in the Ground Floor Atrium with proof of purchase, or if you are dining/drinking at any of our bars and restaurants ask your waiter to do this for you before you leave.
*Please note the validation discount does not apply to hotel guests, overnight parking, or EV charging. Purchases must be made at retail, dining or entertainment venues within Resorts World.

Yes, we have a limited number of spaces on all levels of our Multi-Storey Car Park; we also have spaces in S2 Car Park directly opposite the building.

Yes. There are designated parent and child spaces on every level of our Multi-Storey Car Park.

Our car parks are open 24/7. On a few occasions during the year, our external car park may be used by the NEC for events. For extra peace of mind, you can check our <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/car-park-information">car parking page</a> before your visit.

Seven EV charging bays are available on Level B of our Multi-Storey Car Park. There are both 7kw and 22kw chargers. These are charged at 49p per kWh.
There are also 4 charge points for hotel guests in the Genting Hotel car park, with both 7kw and 22kw available. These are charged at 29p per kWh.

There are no dedicated motorbike parking spaces, however motorbikes are welcome to park in any of the dedicated Resorts World car parks.

If you have pre-booked parking, drive up to the Gate House and the team will be happy to lift the barrier and direct you to the Hotel’s private Car Park. If you have not pre-booked your parking, you are welcome to park in our Multi-Storey or external car parks at the standard rate.

We accommodate vehicles up to 2.1m in height.

If you are visiting in a left-hand drive vehicle, we strongly advise against reversing into and out of our Car Parks. The barrier loop systems are designed to support cars driving facing forwards and there is a chance the barriers can come down prematurely if they are not used as intended. This can cause damage to your vehicle and our barriers so we politely request that you do not reverse into or out of our Car Parks, and if you choose to do so, this decision is taken at your own risk and may make you liable for the costs associated with any resulting damage.
