Parking Information
Car parking charges vary depending on which of our car parks you use, and what time you visit us. You can also save money by validating after purchases or cinema visits.
The ongoing HS2 work will at times require some roadworks or diversions overnight in the surrounding area. Check for any roadworks on your route here: https://www.hs2.org.uk/in-your...
There are also works underway by national highways on the M40 / M42 interchange that may impact some journeys particularly overnight.
Parking Tariff
Parking for two hours is £3.50, and 2-12 hours is £18 but you can validate your ticket on spends of £20+* to park for up to 12 hours for just £3.50! Our Guest Services team are happy to validate parking with a valid receipt or, if they’re closed, you can get your parking validated at any of our bars or restaurants, or in Cineworld and Hollywood Bowl. Parking is just £2 for Cineworld and Hollywood Bowl guests.
- Up to 2 hours - £3.50
- Between 2 hours and 12 hours - £18 (if you or the group you are with have spent £20 or more at Resorts World*, your parking can be validated down to £3.50 and will remain at £3.50 for 12 hours)
*Please note the validation discount does not apply to hotel guests, overnight parking, or EV charging. Purchases must be made at retail, dining or entertainment venues within Resorts World.
Once you have had your parking ticket validated, you are able to leave within 12 hours from your time of arrival. However, please not make your payment at the car park machines until you are ready to leave. Once you have paid you have a limited time to exit the car park, and if you exceed this you may be charged twice.
Our parking policy is available below. If you have parked in our car parks while visiting the Arena, please be aware that you will need to pay for your parking at Resorts World (and not at bp pulse LIVE).
We have disabled guest parking spaces in all car parks at the Resorts World tariff.
EV Charge Points
We have seven EV charge points on level B of our multi-storey car park, they are a mix of 7kw and 22kw chargers which are charged at 49p per kWh.
Our car parks have CCTV monitoring at all times. See something you don't like? Just let a member of our Guest Services or Guest Safety teams know.
Car Park Closures
When our multi-storey car park is full, our guests are directed to South 2, South 6 or East 5 Car Parks.
Large-scale events at the NEC bring a high volume of visitors to campus, and during these times our overflow car parks are often used exclusively to accommodate them.
The ongoing HS2 work will at times require some roadworks or diversions overnight in the surrounding area. Check for any roadworks on your route here: https://www.hs2.org.uk/in-your...
