Guest Services
Guest Services at Resorts World are a team of lovely people whose dedicated role is to make sure that you, our Resorts World’s guests, have the best experience possible. You’ll find their base underneath the escalator in the Ground Floor Atrium.
And because our team goes always goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable time with us, they keep working on improving their knowledge to be able to assist everyone. Find some of the training courses the team has taken below and be amazed at their incredible dedication (we surely are)!
Furthermore, if you have any questions, feedback, or if you need their assistance for any reason the team are always happy to help, and they know Resorts World better than anyone!

Autism Awareness Training
This 'Autism Awareness' badge (worn by our Guest Services team) shows our guests that they are here to help! They've also attended a course with ‘Autism West Midlands’ which has helped them develop a good awareness of communication techniques, distraction methods and what not to do when it comes to assisting guests with Autism.
