Our social channels are spaces where our Guests can explore and interact with us here at Resorts World, share experiences and discover everything we have to offer.
Our Guests are at the heart of everything we do and therefore we will always look to provide awesome experiences, both within our building and online. Our dedicated social team are available every day of the week between 9am – 11pm and are here to respond to your all-important queries and questions within 24 hours. Please bear with us outside of these hours as it may take us a little longer.
Across all of our social channels, we aim to build loyal, positive and inspiring communities. Therefore we will not tolerate conversations of the following nature and reserve the right to remove posts if they contain any of the following:
- Offensive, abusive or discriminatory language
- Any sexually explicit material or material containing nudity
- Violations of Genting UK copyright or intellectual property rights
- Spam, files or links containing harmful viruses
- Posts of a commercial nature or promoting events deemed inappropriate by the Resorts World Birmingham team
- All content shared on any Resorts World Birmingham social channel is also subject to the specific Terms of Use of the channel itself.
