Our social channels are spaces where our Guests can explore and interact with us here at Resorts World, share experiences and discover everything we have to offer.
Our Guests are at the heart of everything we do and therefore we will always look to provide awesome experiences, both within our building and online. Our dedicated social team are available every day of the week between 9am – 11pm and are here to respond to your all-important queries and questions within 24 hours. Please bear with us outside of these hours as it may take us a little longer.
Across all of our social channels, we aim to build loyal, positive and inspiring communities. Therefore we will not tolerate conversations of the following nature and reserve the right to remove posts if they contain any of the following:
- Offensive, abusive or discriminatory language
- Any sexually explicit material or material containing nudity
- Violations of Genting UK copyright or intellectual property rights
- Spam, files or links containing harmful viruses
- Posts of a commercial nature or promoting events deemed inappropriate by the Resorts World Birmingham team
- All content shared on any Resorts World Birmingham social channel is also subject to the specific Terms of Use of the channel itself.
We may need to change these rules from time to time. Thank you for your understanding on this. If ever you come across something on our social channels that you feel conflicts with our Community Rules, please feel free to send us a direct message and our team will investigate this further for you.

Win a Sky Bar & Restaurant Gift Voucher
SUMMARY
Win a £100 Sky Bar & Restaurant gift voucher. The Prize Draw is open to all those who enter via the Resorts World Birmingham OR Sky Bar & Restaurant Instagram competition post. All entries and redemption are subject to the following terms and conditions – please read the following carefully.
PROMOTER
The Promoter is:
Genting Solihull Limited (t/a "Resorts World Birmingham" and "Sky Bar & Restaurant"), a company registered in England (Company Number 06601106) whose registered office is located at Genting Management Office, First Floor Resorts World Birmingham, Pendigo Way, Birmingham, B40 1PU (the “Promoter”)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
2. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except: (i) employees of the Promoter, their affiliate companies and their agencies; (ii) anyone professionally connected with the promotion; (iii) residents of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
3. Entry will be open from 5pm on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 until 12pm on Tuesday, 29th September 2026. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. To enter, participants must like the competition post on Instagram, follow @sky_barandrestaurant and @rw_birmingham, and comment on the same post if instructed.
5. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) refuse to accept any entry; (ii) void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; or (iii) amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for: (i) incomplete entry forms; nor (ii) any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion; nor (iii) any technical issues during sign-up.
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to host the competition.
SELECTION OF WINNER
9. At the conclusion of the competition:
9.1. One winner will be selected by means of a random draw from all valid entrants via Instagram.
10. The winner will get 1x £100 Sky Bar & Restaurant Gift Voucher.
11. A. The winner will be contacted no later than Wednesday, 30th September via the relevant social media channel. If a contacted participant does not respond to Resorts World’s comment within 24 hours of the initial contact, we will attempt to contact again. If the contacted participant does not respond following two attempts, the Promoter reserves the right to void the result and nominate an alternative winner. Once the winner has confirmed they wish to accept the prize they will be emailed their voucher.
12. The Promoter’s decision on any dispute or query will be final.
PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
13. The prize entitles each winner to 1x £100 Sky Bar & Restaurant gift voucher, valid at Sky Bar & Restaurant, Resorts World Birmingham. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and full T&Cs can be seen on the voucher and here.
14. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another item or used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to change or substitute a prize if it reasonably deems it necessary.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with a prize (e.g. transport, meals, insurance, or other incidentals).
REDEMPTION
17. In order to redeem their prize, the winners must show their voucher or voucher code during their visit to Sky Bar & Restaurant.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
21. This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.

If a contacted participant does not respond to Resorts World’s comment within 24 hours of the initial contact, we will attempt to contact again via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
12. The winner may be required to provide a valid email address and contact details to enable prize fulfilment and booking arrangements.
13. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
14. The prize consists of 1x Bottomless Brunch for four people at High Line, located within Resorts World Casino, Resorts World Birmingham.
15. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise stated.
16. Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
17. The winner and all guests must be aged 18 years or over and may be required to present valid photographic identification.
18. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
19. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to change or substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or incidental expenses.
REDEMPTION
22. Once the winner has responded to the Instagram direct message, a member of the Resorts World Birmingham marketing team will contact them via email to arrange redemption of the prize.
