Safety and Security at Resorts World

We’re here to help you have a great time. The safety of our Guests and teams is our top priority, which is why we’re working around the clock, around the building to keep you safe.

CCTV

We’ve got CCTV in operation 24/7 across the building, including our multi-storey car park. Whilst our Guests are welcome to take photographs for their own personal use, commercial filming and photography are not tolerated without explicit prior approval. View our photography policy here.

Children should not be left unsupervised in the building, and we ask all our Guests to keep all belongings safely on their person at all times. Any items left unattended will be investigated and may be destroyed.

Taxi Policy

At Resorts World, for your safety and convenience, we operate a partnership with A2B Radio Cars. Taxis are also available through TOA Taxis and Crown Cars Private Hire.

Private hire vehicles are not permitted to tout for fares and any driver found to be in breach of licence requirements will be reported to the relevant authorities. View our taxi policy here.

Communities Defeat Terrorism

We take your safety and security seriously and we can all play a part in keeping everyone safe. That’s why we are pleased to support the Counter Terrorism Policing winter vigilance campaign.

You can play a vital role in helping to keep each other safe this Christmas. When you’re out and about, make sure you stay alert for:

  • Anyone filming exits, entrances or CCTV
  • Any unattended bags
  • Anything you hear or see, which doesn’t feel right

See something that doesn’t look right? It only takes a couple of minutes to report anything that doesn’t feel right when you are out and about. Simply speak to a member of our Guest Services or Guest Security team, to the police or report to gov.uk/ACT and share your concerns with us.

Our Guest Services team can be found in the Atrium from 9am to 9pm Monday – Friday, 8am to 9pm Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday. Outside of these hours, you’ll find our dedicated Guest Safety team patrolling the building.

Don’t forget to call 999 in an emergency.
