Overview

From Monday 18th May 2026 customers will be able to book their Real Deal Social at Genting Casino Birmingham Resorts World. A fixed-price, zero-staking casino experience. Real Deal Socials are available to purchase for Blackjack, Roulette and Slots. Food is not included but is advised to be pre-ordered at time of booking

Terms and Conditions

Real Deal Socials are available on Slots, Blackjack and Roulette.
Each Real Deal Social includes i. 1-hour Social, comprised of a 10-minute mini tutorial followed by a 50-minute tournament ii. Free welcome drink iii. £25 Spin to Win Voucher
Food is not included and can be pre-ordered at time of booking.
Each Social requires a minimum of 4 people to book. Maximum of 9 people per group.

An introductory offer of £20 per person per Real Deal Social will be available from Monday 18th May 00:00, ending on Monday 13th July at 23:59.
Standard price of £25 per person per Real Deal Social will be available from Tuesday 14th July 2026 at 00:01 onwards.
Full Payment required at time of booking.
Cancellations of individual guests or of the event less than 48 hours prior to the event commencing will result in payment being forfeited as payments are non-refundable or transferable.
Cancellations made 48 hours+ prior to the event commencing will be refunded in full or the option to rebook on another date.
Arrive promptly for your Real Deal Socials. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
In the case of a late arrival, part or all the Real Deal Social may be cancelled depending on availability of staff and tables at that given time.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England (in relation to our casinos located in England) and the laws of Scotland (in relation to our casinos located in Scotland) and the courts of England and Scotland (respectively) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered in the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Casino Management will be final
