It’s official – this week we’re celebrating 3 wonderful years of Resorts World, so we thought we’d finally reveal all behind exciting things to come…
We’ve spread our wings. The Sky Bar is blossoming into something even more spectacular; Sky by Waters, a transformed rooftop bar and restaurant and soon-to-be new home to Head Chef Andy Waters.
Opening on 10th January 2019, the new jewel in our crown merges the former Sky Bar and current Waters’ Restaurant up on the fifth floor, creating an exciting new social dining and drinking experience with stunning views.
Sky by Waters will feature a refreshed menu, retaining Waters’ signature cooking style based on classic British and French cooking with a contemporary twist, with unmissable desserts from a pastry team headed by Darryl Collins, our star finalist on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals. More on their delicious new dishes coming soon…
You’ll also find twisted classics on the new, exclusively curated cocktail menu, like our Superstar Martini, Applepolitan, Lush Bellini and a crystal clear Mojito, plus an array of delicious dessert cocktails (hello Chocolate Martini!), unique gin infusions, fine wines and beers too.
Perhaps our favourite new addition is our new Secret Garden area, a cosy spot featuring chic, private covered outdoor pods to enjoy our delightful new Afternoon Tea and evening drinks. Perfect for cosy winter evenings or light, bright summer days and nights.
You’ll also be able to host private dining for up to 48 people and for the ultimate premium experience, try the dedicated Chef’s Table for up to 10 people.
Sky by Waters will also be the new spot for Genting Hotel guests to enjoy breakfast with a view.
Get ready to take the flight up to the fifth floor via the Genting Hotel lifts for food and drinks on another level.
