Head Pastry Chef Darryl Collins and sous chef Bharat Chandegra recently battled it out on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals – making it all the way to the grand final and finishing as runners up! They’ve opened Tuk Cakes here at Resorts World, a tuk-tuk van in the Atrium serving up a selection of sweet treats from bon bons to mega macarons.

They’ll be talking everything from the chef life to how they choose their ingredients and the secret to getting the perfect glaze.
