Eating Out At The Resort

Resorts World Birmingham has everything you could ever wish for when it comes to food and drink. From prosecco to popcorn you’ll find it all in one gorgeous destination, complete with Lakeside views and wonderful service.

So, let’s take a culinary tour of the Resort…

Much loved restaurants like Nando’sPizza ExpressGBK and TGI Friday’s reside on the lower level, all with a view out toward the lake and most offer the option of al-fresco dining as the weather gets brighter.

On the ground level you’ll find coffee and quick bites along with delicious Paninis and beautiful cakes, at Costa Coffee and Patisserie Valerie; perfectly placed for all you shoppers on a mission, in need of a tasty treat and comfy seat.

You’ll also find Brazilian colour and flavour with lakeside views and a happy hour that never ends at Las Iguanas, and Pan Asian cuisine as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat from Robata Bar & Grill.

For those of you who enjoy a cold beer and quirky street food, The World Bar has it all; proudly offering an extensive and ever changing selection of craft ales and cult favourites, alongside dishes like Waffle Dogs and Malaysian Beef Croquets. If you thought you didn’t like beer, we think they’ll be able to change your mind.

Go up a level and you’ll find Waters Restaurant, it’s received rave reviews since opening and serves up a menu of beautifully crafted classic British dishes cooked simply with a contemporary twist by well-known local chef, Andy Waters.

Just across the way from Waters Restaurant you’ll find High Line New York Bar & Lounge.

High Line offers delicious food in beautiful surroundings, and the menu pays homage to the diverse food and drink culture of New York City. The drinks menu is also definitely worth exploring, cocktails anyone?

Now to the very top (the 5th floor of the stunning Genting Hotel to be exact) for The Sky Bar; the sophisticated home of the legendary Chef’s table serving up Teriyaki and Yakitori delights, and signature Wu Xing cocktails inspired by the four elements. Oh, and did we mention the view? It’s pretty great, especially from the terrace at night…
