Yoga With Yoga Sweat


Hands up if you’ve been to our indoor/outdoor yoga classes with Yoga Sweat over the last couple of years?! Well good news either way, as they’re back this May!

During our Feel Good Weekender, we’ll have 4 yoga classes taught by our faves at Yoga Sweat on both Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May. There’ll be different styles for you to enjoy, from Ashtanga, to Flow and Acro, all inside our exclusive Zen Zone; a harmonious space filled with beanie bags, good vibes and free green tea (thanks to our buddies at Holland & Barrett!), lowly lit for a little downtime and more than a few downward dogs.

You’ll find the Zen Zone right opposite New Balance, who are just as excited about the weekend as us. You’ll be treated to a little extra off in store, plus their exclusive yoga range is in our outlet for one weekend only. There’s also 10% off health and nutritious goodies at Holland & Barrett just next door for yogis too. You’ll be stamped with a Feel Good smiley on arrival at your class to flash for your extra goodies!

Booking is essential and classes are just £5 each, with all of the proceeds going towards our charity partner for the month, LoveBrum.

A little throwback to our first yoga event with Yoga Sweat ... 


*LoveBrum are an incredible local organisation who support local hidden gem causes in and around Birmingham. Without the support, voice or funds from the members, patrons and supporters of LoveBrum, they would not necessarily have their voice heard to do all of the wonderful things they do for their group or community in need. Each month is centered around a chosen theme and three causes are chosen to support during the month. Thanks to their National Lottery grant last year, they are now able to fund each of those causes, with a members vote deciding how funds are allocated between 1st-3rd place. LoveBrum are focusing support on local Mental Health causes in May, with Mental Health Awareness Week taking place between 13th-19th May.
