Sky by Waters will feature a refreshed menu, retaining Waters’ signature cooking style based on classic British and French cooking with a contemporary twist, with unmissable desserts from a pastry team headed by Darryl Collins, our star finalist on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals. Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham is a unique dining experience by the award-winning chef Andy Waters. Waters began his love of food at college in Birmingham, before travelling to Lyon, France working with French food icon, Paul Bocuse. Bringing over 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in fine dining, Water's restaurant serves an expertly cooked menu of classic dishes.
Waters’ classic British and French dishes are created with a contemporary twist that make Andy worthy of his many awards. Beautifully crafted yet uncomplicated, unique mains on the set menu include spiced lamb with goats cheese bonbon and the baked medallion of salmon risotto. Their dedicated vegetarian menu is just as special with delectable pasta dishes and roasted vegetable tart.
We're thrilled that Waters Restaurant was featured in Open Table's top 50 'Fit for Foodies' restaurants in 2018, and achieved a higher rating than any other Birmingham restaurant.
Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham is 20 minutes from Coventry, and just off the A45 from Solihull, making it just a short distance for a stylish, fine dining experience. You can find Waters Restaurant on the first floor, next to the Cineworld cinema.
