Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham is a unique dining experience by the award-winning chef Andy Waters. Waters began his love of food at college in Birmingham, before travelling to Lyon, France working with French food icon, Paul Bocuse. Bringing over 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in fine dining, Water's restaurant serves an expertly cooked menu of classic dishes.
Waters’ classic British and French dishes are created with a contemporary twist that make Andy worthy of his many awards. Beautifully crafted yet uncomplicated, unique mains on the set menu include spiced lamb with goats cheese bonbon and the baked medallion of salmon risotto. Their dedicated vegetarian menu is just as special with delectable pasta dishes and roasted vegetable tart.
