Sky By The Water will feature a new menu, a refreshed twist on classic British and French cooking, crafted with contemporary skill from Head Chef Aaron Darnley and the longstanding Waters team, with unmissable desserts from a pastry team headed by Darryl Collins, our star finalist on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals. Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham is a unique dining experience by an expert team headed up by Aaron Darnley, who has spent 12 years working alongside Andy Waters. Bringing together a young yet classically trained team of talent with a wealth of knowledge in the culinary industry, Waters’ restaurant serves an skilfully cooked menu of classic dishes.
Beautifully crafted yet uncomplicated, unique mains on the set menu include spiced lamb with goats cheese bonbon and the baked medallion of salmon risotto. Their dedicated vegetarian menu is just as special with delectable pasta dishes and roasted vegetable tart.
We're thrilled that Waters Restaurant was featured in Open Table's top 50 'Fit for Foodies' restaurants in 2018, and achieved a higher rating than any other Birmingham restaurant.
Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham is 20 minutes from Coventry, and just off the A45 from Solihull, making it just a short distance for a stylish, fine dining experience. You can find Waters Restaurant on the first floor, next to the Cineworld cinema.
