We’ve spread our wings. The Sky Bar has transformed into something even more spectacular; Sky By The Water, a transformed rooftop bar and restaurant that promises classic cooking, cocktails and Afternoon Tea.
Crafted by Head Chef Aaron Darnley and the longstanding Waters team, the restaurant has a brand-new menu that offers a refreshed twist on classic British and French cooking. Highlights include confit belly of pork with sweet potato pomme purée, buttered green cabbage and bacon.
Got a sweet tooth? Then be sure to sample a heavenly dessert, or two, from the pastry team headed by Darryl Collins, one of the nation’s top patissiers and our star finalist on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals in 2018. Darryl and his team also serve a delicious Afternoon Tea, featuring a mix of traditional finger sandwiches and handcrafted cakes and scones.
For cocktail lovers, there’s a new, exclusively curated cocktail menu with everything from Superstar Martinis to delicious dessert cocktails, as well as gin, fine wines and beers.
Located on the fifth floor of Resorts World Birmingham, Sky By The Water is just off the A45 from Coventry and a short journey from Solihull, making it the ideal place to enjoy classic cooking and cocktails with stunning rooftop views.

Please note that children are welcome in the Sky By The Water restaurant area until 9pm.
