Large scale events at the NEC bring a high volume of visitors to campus, and during these times our overflow car parks are often used exclusively to accommodate them.

On these dates, the Multistorey Car Park will be unavailable to Resort World Guests (instead use alternative car parks - South 2, South 6 or East 5 car park). Look out for directional signs to the relevant car parks upon arrival.

Electric Car Chargers are available on Level B of our multi-storey car park. There is no charge for using these chargers. Users will need to install an app on their phone in order to use them longer than 30 mins (emergency charge). More information is available via the links below:

Here at Resorts World Birmingham, for your safety and convenience we operate a partnership with the following taxi providers:
Please note that we do not prevent access to non-partner companies, and that all licensed taxi providers are allowed on site to pick-up and drop-off their customers. You will find everything you need to know about getting a taxi to or from the Resort.
All taxis can drop-off outside the Genting Hotel. Please note that during busy periods this may be limited to black cabs only. Private Hire Cars will still be able to drop you off at the Resort during restricted periods, but will do so at the Secondary Drop-Off point situated at the foot of the path which runs alongside the Nike Factory Store. Our Taxi Rank
TOA Black Cabs are available 24/7 from our Taxi Rank which you will find outside the main entrance (in front of The World Bar and Guest Services). If there are no taxis present, please visit Guest Services or Hotel reception who will happily call a taxi on your behalf.
Partner Private Hire Cars
If a private hire or larger vehicle is required, our Hotel Reception or Guest Services will call one of our partner providers, who will pick you up outside the Hotel entrance. Other pre-booked private hire vehicles will be allowed to pick up at our Secondary Drop-Off point situated at the foot of the path which runs alongside the Nike Factory Store. Members of the public are welcome to take photographs for personal use only, in and around the Resort with a small digital camera or mobile phone.
We do not allow photography, filming or sketching of the building's infrastructure, nor do we allow photography, filming or sketching of our staff.
Please note, that Resorts World Birmingham retains the right to refuse photography, filming and sketching at any time.
FILM & PHOTOGRAPHY PROFESSIONALS
We do not allow our brand or building to be featured in any imagery/footage without our prior knowledge and permission.
As such, any formal photography, filming or artwork requests must be approved ahead of time, with full details of what is to be photographed/filmed/sketched, what this is for and where it will appear.
For activity requiring equipment of any kind (Tripods etc.) a copy of your public liability insurance will be required, without this your activity will be refused.
Unauthorised filming/photography/sketching will be stopped by our security team.
Photography of shop fronts and interiors is forbidden, without the express permission of the brand in question, which should be sought directly.

Students requiring images/footage for educational purposes can request a photography pass from the Resort's guest Services team. In order to receive this pass they must contact the Resort prior to their visit with the following information, and await confirmation of permission from the Resort Team for their activity;
- A signed letter from tutor on school/college/university headed paper – detailing what the images are to be used for, where they will appear, and confirming that they are not for commercial use of any kind (including competitions with cash prizes).
- Two forms of identification (one school/college/university ID and one personal ID)
Students may visit during weekdays from 9am until 5pm. Please note that photography passes cannot be issued during events and busy trading periods such as Christmas. A copy of the student's school, college or university's public liability insurance must be submitted if equipment other than a hand held camera is being used.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN AND APPLY TO ALL USE OR ACCESS TO OUR CAR PARKS BY YOU.
Except for liability which cannot be excluded as a matter of law, We exclude any and all liability to You for:-
any loss or damage to Your property,
any loss or damage to Your possessions,
any third party theft, damage, loss, or claim suffered by You;
any other loss, damage or claim arising from your use of the Car Park; and
any indirect of consequential loss or damage, suffered by You including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of amenity, business or opportunity, loss of sales, wages, or anticipated savings which are suffered by You even if such loss is or would have been reasonably foreseeable by us and even where we have been advised by You of the possibility of such loss.
You park Your Vehicle in our Car Park at Your own risk and cost. We cannot and do not guarantee the security of your Vehicle or its contents.
TARIFFS AND CHARGES
A schedule of charges is displayed at entrances to the Car Park and at pay machines.
You are obliged to pay the parking Charges. Failure to do so may result in us issuing you with a Parking Charge Notice.
The Company reserves the right to vary its charges at all times.
Tickets are non-transferable and only valid for one entry and one exit at any one time. Ticket cannot be used in respect of a second vehicle or car park user.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
5.1 If your Vehicle sustains damage while in the Car Park, your vehicle is stolen, or any possessions are stolen from your Vehicle while it is in the Car Park you should:-
5.1.1 immediately inform a member of our staff at the Car Park or contact our Guest Services Team at Resorts World Birmingham (located on the ground floor mall adjacent to the Genting Hotel entrance); and
5.1.2 in the case of theft immediately inform the police; and
5.1.3 notify your insurer(s) promptly.
5.2 If you consider that you have a complaint about the service you have received that falls within our areas of responsibility set out in condition 2 please contact RWB's Centre Management Team promptly. Our Centre Management Team can be contacted via 0121 273 1230 or in writing at Guest Services, Resorts World Birmingham, Pendigo Way, Birmingham, B40 1PU.
PARKING CONTRAVENTIONS AND CCTV
You agree to:-
comply with all signs in the Car Park, including these Terms and any directions from Us;
park within the limits of a marked bay;
not park in a bay designated for a specific purpose unless permitted to do so (e.g. disabled, motorbike, or parent and child bays); and
pay for your parking.
6.2 If You do not comply we may issue you with a Parking Charge Notice requiring You to pay (i) any unpaid parking charges; and (ii) an additional amount representing our estimate of the additional expenses we will incur as a result of your non-compliance, including debt recovery costs (the "Contravention Charge").
6.3 Details of how to pay the Contravention Charge, including deadlines for payment, consequences of failure to make payment and our appeal process will be set out within the Parking Charge Notice.
6.4 By parking your Vehicle in the Car Park you consent to our capturing and processing your Vehicle Registration Mark and personal details via CCTV and Automatic Number Plate Recognition for enforcement, to calculate parking charges and Contravention Charge and to recover any outstanding charges. This includes our right to request and obtain the details of a Vehicles registered keeper from the DVLA.
6.5 If the Car Park or any equipment within it is damaged by You we will seek to recover the cost of repair and our administration costs from You.
VEHICLE SECURITY AND POSSESSIONS
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR VEHICLE AND ITS CONTENTS,and ensure that:-
your Vehicle is securely locked;
all of the windows on your Vehicle are securely closed;
any vehicle alarm, steering lock or similar device is engaged.
We may install or maintain CCTV cameras in the Car Park to assist with its day-to-day management. Whilst we acknowledge that CCTV can act as a deterrent to criminal activity, we do not make any representation or warranty as to the coverage provided nor do we assure the security of Your Vehicle if CCTV is installed at the Car Park.
Any possessions left in a Vehicle are left entirely at Your risk.
If you damage another customers Vehicle you should report the matter to us giving the registration numbers of both Vehicles. You must also notify the owner of the other Vehicle by leaving appropriate notification (including contact details).
You must drive carefully in the Car Park and obey the directional and other signs.
You must proceed immediately to the nearest passenger lift, staircase or exit, following the recommended route (if any). You must not, in any circumstances, exit the Car Park by walking under a vehicle exit barrier and down the Car Park Ramp.
Do not delay Your exit from the Car Park and please supervise your children and pets who must be kept under your control at all times in the Car Park.
For safety reasons you are not entitled to remain in your vehicle in the Car Park or elsewhere in the Car Park except for the purposes of parking or removing your Vehicle.
ACCESS & RELOCATION OF VEHICLES
10.1 We reserve the right to refuse admission of any vehicle to the Car Park for any reason.
10.2 We reserve the right to move vehicles within the Car Park using whatever method we consider appropriate (even if, as a consequence, damage is caused to your vehicle) to the extent that is reasonably necessary for the purposes of safety to persons or property, or to avoid obstruction at the Car Park.
10.3 We additionally reserve the right to use a lawful authority to remove any vehicle to another reasonably convenient car park, whether or not operated by us.
10.4 To the extent that it is necessary to do so in the exercise of the rights conferred upon us in this clause 10, we reserve the right to drive or otherwise take your vehicle onto a public highway. In doing so we will take reasonable care of the vehicle.
11.1 We are entitled to regard as abandoned any vehicle left in the Car Park for more than 28 days without prior notification and which is not known by us to be covered by a current valid season or other ticket or booking.
11.2 We reserve the rights to engage and/or permit a lawful authority to remove (or where we are unable to identify the current legal registered keeper of the vehicle, to take steps ourselves to remove) and to dispose of as waste or sell any abandoned vehicle. Before proceeding with the disposal or sale of abandoned vehicles we will:
11.2.1 refer the matter to the appropriate authorities, which may include the local police and the DVLA; and
11.2.2 affix a notice to the vehicle at least 7 days before the date on which we propose to remove the vehicle stating that the vehicle will be removed and sold when that period expires.
11.3 Abandoned vehicles will be disposed of as waste or sold by auction. Where sold by us, the proceeds of sale will be applied in and towards satisfaction of all sums owing to us together with the expenses of sale and our reasonable storage and removal costs for the period during which the vehicle is in our possession.
11.4 Any balance of the sale proceeds remaining after satisfaction of any sums owing will be held by us on behalf of the registered keeper of the vehicle and paid over on proof of entitlement.
TRAFFIC ORDERS AND BYELAWS
The use of our Car Park may be regulated by traffic orders or byelaws under which a penalty may be payable for failing to comply with these Terms or the requirements of the relevant order or by-law. In such circumstances separate notices specifying the relevant order or by-law will be displayed in the Car Park and we reserve the right to take enforcement action against you, including through court proceedings for breach of such order or byelaws.
13.1 No towing of Vehicles within the Car Park is permitted – In the event of Vehicle breakdown You must contact the Car Park Attendant to ensure that your Vehicle removal or repair is organised without causing disruption, damage or danger to any other person or property in the car park
No cleaning of Vehicles by You or others is permitted in the Car Park.
No commercial activity is permitted in the Car Park
You are not allowed to transfer petrol, or any other fuel, into, or out of, your vehicle whilst it is in the Car Park.
13.5 Anti-social behaviour will not be accepted in our Car Parks. Car parks are designed for the sole purpose of parking vehicles. If an individual causes a nuisance or disturbance to others it may be recorded by CCTV cameras and action may be taken against them.
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of this Agreement (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part provision shall to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
In the event of dispute (including non-contractual disputes or claims) English law shall apply and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
