Parking is available at the Resorts World multi-storey car park.

What are the parking height restrictions at Resorts World?
Our multi-storey car park can accommodate vehicles up to 2.1m in height.
Is there disabled parking at Resorts World?
Dedicated spaces for disabled and Blue Badge drivers are located in all of our car parks which follow the Resorts World parking tariff.
Are there electric car charging points at Resorts World?
Electric Car Chargers are available on Level B of our multi-storey car park. Standard parking charges still apply.
Users will need to install an app on their phone in order to use them longer than 30 mins (emergency charge). More information is available via the links below:
Where should I park if the multi-storey is full?
Guests are directed to South 2 Car Park and East 5 Car Park. For large scale events at the NEC, our overflow car parks are often used exclusively to accommodate them.
When are Resorts World car parks closed?
The multi-storey car park will be closed to Resorts World guests on 11th-13th June 2018 (7am-5pm). Guests should use South 2, South 6 or East 5 car park.
When do car park charges differ?
Parking for Genting Hotel guests is chargeable and/or there is limited availability. Contact the Genting Hotel at: +44 (0)121 273 1000 for more information.
Parking for visitors using the VOX Conference Centre is charged at the standard Resorts World Birmingham tariff, unless agreed otherwise.
Is valet parking available at Resorts World?
Valet Parking is not available at Resorts World Birmingham or for any of the destinations within the Resort.
What should I do if I’ve been overcharged for parking?
If you believe you have been overcharged for parking, please contact Guest Services.
Is there bicycle storage at Resorts World?
Bicycle Storage is located adjacent to our gatehouse entrance by S2.
Are there motorbike parking spaces at Resorts World?
There are no dedicated motorbike parking spaces, however motorbikes are welcome to park in any of the dedicated Resorts World car parks.
Are there bus services to Resorts World?
Resorts World is served by the Bus Interchange which is next to Birmingham International Train Station, under a 10-minute walk away. Regular local buses depart to Birmingham City Centre.
