Casino chips are not a valid currency in our hotel (keep them for playing!)

If you’ve booked to stay with us online through a third party website or Online Travel Agent, please update your reservation via the same website.

If you wish to make a group booking, have booked with us direct and need to update or sadly cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel directly between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday and between 9:00am – 5:30pm on Saturdays,

We do not have a wedding licence at the Genting Hotel so we cannot carry out wedding ceremonies. We can of course host wedding night accommodation and would be the ideal location for a pre-wedding spa day pamper session!

As per the Resort, we do onlyallow guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs on site.

Our hotel lobby bar is a beautiful spot for all Resorts World Birmingham guests to enjoy a coffee or drink and a peaceful moment away from the action.

Feeling peckish after hours? Our room service menu is available 24 hours so go head and enjoy drinks, snacks, light bites or even a sweet treat, with a £5 surcharge for delivery, Just call reception on 1001 from your room.

There are a limited number of car parking spaces, included disabled parking, available on a first come first served basis.

Valet car parking is not a service we offer from the Genting Hotel.
