CODE OF CONDUCT

We aim at all times to offer an exemplary service and experience to our Guests and customers. We want our Guests visit to be safe, stress free and enjoyable and work hard to achieve this through the following values.

Guest Focused: We welcome all our guests and respectfully try to accommodate their needs and requirements to a high standard.

Responsible: We take health and safety seriously and have measures in place.

Engaging: We promote and encourage an interactive and inclusive environment for all our guests.

Proud: We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests and endeavour to take on board all feedback.

Innovative: We embrace new technological developments to deliver an up to date first class service.

Our Guests and visitors also have a part to play in their experience with us. Our guests confirm as a pre-condition to their entry that they will:

  1. keep a close eye on any children in their care
  2. keep all belongings safe and do not leave them unattended
  3. Use lifts and escalators responsibly
  4. Dress appropriately
  5. Use the car park sensibly and do not park any vehicles in disabled parking spaces if you are not a blue badge holder; Display due regard and courtesy to our staff and other visitors

The below behaviours are deemed unacceptable and all Guests are encouraged to refrain from behaving in this way:

  1. Anti-social behaviour, swearing or harassment towards Guests or staff will not be tolerated
  2. Animals are not permitted inside Resorts World except for guide/working dogs.
  3. Running and engaging in boisterous behaviour is strongly discouraged
  4. Filming around the premises is not permitted except when permission is granted by Resorts World
  5. Ball games are not allowed to be played
  6. Do not drop litter and use the bins that are allocated at the premises
  7. Selling any types of goods is not allowed in or around Resorts World
  8. Weapons of any sort are not permitted

The above list is not exhaustive and Resorts World retain the right to remove anyone at any time from our premises whose behaviour we deem to be inappropriate.
