This role will require full flexibility to work Monday to Sunday in line with business needs and report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
The successful candidate will:
•Ensure the efficient and courteous service of food and beverage offerings, ensuring compliance with company standards, food health and hygiene procedures and legislation and licensing laws at all times.
•Manage and develop the team members effectively, providing clear direction and setting high standards and expectations encouraging a customer focused attitude at all times.
•Promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities when and where possible
•To install and maintain service standard with all members of the team.
•Purchase / order departmental supplies, carry out monthly stocktakes and action any discrepancies in line with company standards
•Carry out any other duties as may be required.
Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience in a Supervisory/Management position
Proven experience leading a team
Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional, positive, “can do” attitude
