Guest Services Operative

Resorts World Birmingham is a destination like no other. Our Guest Services team know what they are talking about when it comes to Resorts World, even with the smallest query; they are here to exceed expectations. We are currently looking for a Guest Services Operative to join our team on a full-time basis, helping our team to continue to deliver this fantastic customer service.

As our new team member, you will be a friendly face to welcome and assist all visitors at Resorts World. Your knowledge of our fantastic building and the facilities provided within is flawless and nothing is too small a task. Going above and beyond is synonymous with your title.

  • Flexible attitude towards working hours and shift patterns

  • Portrays a smart and professional image at all times

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

  • Competent with basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Polite and professional telephone manner

  • Confident to work independently as well as contributing positively as part of a team

  • The ability to speak a second language would be advantageous, but is not essential

Hours: 40 hours per week

Full Time

The successful candidate must be flexible to work a variety of shifts and able to work Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 8am-10pm, some later evenings may be required depending on events in the area.
