Key Holder

REQUIRED :

Key Holder, part time, 30 hrs per week. Includes evening, weekend and Bank holidays. Flexibility will be required as you will be part of a team on a rota covering 7 days per week.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated key holder (part time) to join our team at Resorts world Outlet Birmingham. You will have retail or customer service experience, be passionate about learning our product, a passion for customer service.

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:

- Providing customers with great store experience.

- Operating the EPOS accurately handling transactions.

- Responding to customer enquiries.

- Make sure stoke take procedures are adhered to.

- Work with colleagues makes sure store goals are met.

- To act as a reference point for store colleagues in the absence of store   manger.

- Maintain high standards of appearance for the store.

- Excellent relationship building skills.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

Hours: 30

Full/Part-time: Part time

Days Required: Fully flex over 7 days a week
