Guest Services Operative

Our Guest Services team know what they are talking about when it comes to our Resort, even with the smallest query; they are here to exceed expectations.

As our new Guest Services team member, you will be a friendly face to welcome and assist all visitors at Resorts World Birmingham. Your knowledge of our fantastic building and the facilities provided within is flawless and nothing is too small a task. Going above and beyond is synonymous with your title.

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

  • Competent with basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Polite and professional telephone manner

  • Confident to work independently as well as contributing positively as part of a team

  • The ability to speak a second language would be advantageous, but is not essential

Full / Part Time: Full

Days Required: 5 out of 7

Number of positions: 2

The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work Monday-Sunday across a variety of shift patterns between the hours of 8am-9pm, some later evenings may be required depending on events in the area.
